Building an empty space in Paris requires careful consideration of the environment in which the operation must take place. The typologies, the urban structure, the alignments, the materials… are questions to be asked from the first sketches.

Respecting the alignments and the heights of floors, this operation wants to be part of the continuity of the existing buildings with a contemporary reading of the facade openings, the materiality and the typologies of housing.

Proposing stairs and elevator at the end of the courtyard the projet provide acces to appartments from two large terrace, this operation offers a free plan that allows different sizes of appartments to be integrated from one side to the other and to take advantage of an outdoor space. Inside each dwelling, connected spaces make it possible to optimize circulation (no corridor) and offer flexibility to residents: an additional bedroom, a workspace… a new concept of housing for new forms of living. ‘to live in.
